Kara A. Oboler, Esq. is an experienced litigator and family law, real estate and estate planning practitioner. She currently practices in New Jersey’s Ocean, Monmouth and Atlantic Counties and also handles cases in New York and Kings Counties. Her practice emphasizes matters involving divorce, child support, child custody, parenting time and visitation, prenuptial, post nuptial and separation agreements, equitable distribution and domestic violence. She also represents individuals with real estate transactions, estate planning and probate matters.
Kara is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and New York University. After graduating Law School in 2002, she was recruited as a litigation associate by the leading commercial litigation firm Clifford Chance US LLP. There she specialized in complex commercial litigation and gained invaluable research, drafting, negotiation, arbitration and trial preparation skills.
Kara established her own practice solely focused on providing individual clients top quality representation, compassionate service and tangible results. Kara recognizes through her personal experience that family law issues are rarely easy.
